Man Might Have Accidentally Fallen From Cliff
A corpse was found this morning at the Miradouro da Vigia in São Jorge. The deceased, estimated to be around 60 years old, had not been seen since Wednesday afternoon. It appears that the man lived in a house near the viewpoint and may have fallen from a 200-meter cliff.
Incident Not Being Pursued As A Crime
Officials from the Judiciary Police have been summoned to the scene to facilitate the removal of the body. Subsequently, it was announced that the police has ruled out any involvement of a third party in the incident. Therefore and for now, the case is not being pursued as a criminal investigation.
