The house, located in the parish of Santa Maria Maior, is a traditional Madeiran quinta, characterized by its use of basalt stone and classic architectural features. It offers 506 square meters of living space, spread across three floors, and sits on a 1000 square meter plot of land. The property includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a garage with space for ten cars, and beautifully landscaped gardens with a swimming pool.

Eric Clapton Can Easily Afford More Real Estate

The real estate agency describes the house as a "fantastic property, located in a quiet area, with lots of privacy and panoramic views over the Funchal Bay." With a career spanning 60 years and a fortune estimated at around 420 million euros, Clapton can certainly afford to add another property to his impressive real estate portfolio. The musician already owns a historic country house in Surrey, England, dating back to 1910, and a luxurious 14-bedroom estate on the Caribbean island of Antigua, which he often rents out for 46,000 euros per week during the winter months.
