Madeira Consumes More Than 400.000 Liters of Fuel Per Day

In 2023, the Autonomous Region of Madeira saw a clear surge in diesel and gasoline consumption, reaching over 159.7 million liters - a noticeable 4.8% increase from the previous year. Diesel consumption went up by 0.7%, while 95 octane gasoline rose by 14.8%, and 98 octane by 14.6%. In other words, Madeira consumes:

Cheaper Fuel And Gasoline Prices in 2023

Breaking down the figures for the fourth quarter of 2023, diesel and gasoline consumption hit 39.6 million liters, showing a 4.1% rise compared to the same period in the previous year. Notably, prices for road diesel and 95 octane gasoline decreased. Road diesel prices went down by 27.5 cents, and 95 octane gasoline prices dropped by 16.3 cents, both compared to the previous year.
