Funchal Breaks All-Time November Heat Record

Never before has Funchal recorded a temperature as high as 30ºC in November, breaking a decade old record.

Funchal experienced an unprecedented high temperature for November, reaching 30ºC around 8 pm this Saturday. This temperature not only marks the warmest day in November on record since 1961, but also sets the highest maximum temperature in Funchal for 2024, surpassing the previous record, set in 1998, by 0.1ºC.
