This milestone highlights Bitcoin’s growing presence in everyday commerce on the island, with the number of adopting businesses continuing to rise.
Merchants Across Multiple Sectors Embrace Bitcoin
Restaurants, cafes, services, and health-related businesses are leading the charge, with restaurants accounting for 22% of Bitcoin-adopting merchants. Other sectors such as leisure, commerce, and accommodation are also embracing digital currency:
