Several Car Owners Are Likely Expecting A Hefty Fine
Over the current weekend, the Bitcoin Atlantis event is hosting 5000 people from all over the world at the Barreiros Stadium in Funchal. JM-Madeira is reporting that several vehicles have illegally parked their vehicles in front of the stadium. The Police therefore applied wheel claws to a total of four vehicles, rendering them unable to be used. The owners of the vehicles are unknown, but unlocking the claws can only be done by the authorities. A fine of 143 euros is likely to apply.
Street Known For Driving Exams
The Street in question is Rua dos Barreiros. According to JM-Madeira, it is known for driving exams to take place there. Why the cars are parked in this area and not in the parking (are they made available?) appears unclear.
