On the morning of Wednesday, March 21, from 9:00 am, the Associação de Jovens Madeirenses Conectados (AJMC) is organizing a cleanup at Praia Formosa. This initiative aims to clean the beach and raise awareness about environmental conservation among the local community and visitors.

The presence of the regional director of Youth, Carlos André Camacho Alves, along with representatives from the Regional Directorate of the Environment and Climate Action, underscores the significance of the event and their commitment to environmental causes. The AJMC, a nonprofit organization founded in September 2021, focuses on promoting initiatives, projects, and activities for youth development.
