13 Local Merchants Join Christmas Campaign

The Ribeira Brava municipality has launched its annual Christmas campaign to push local businesses. This year, 13 merchants are participating, offering a range of products and services, most located in the village center. The initiative, called "Eu Opto Pelo Comércio Local" ("I Choose Local Commerce"), aims to encourage holiday shopping in the area.

Raffle Holds Over €3,000 in Prizes

Shoppers have an added incentive: for every purchase of €25 or more at participating stores, you will get a raffle ticket. Two prize draws will be held, one during the Noite do Mercado on December 22 and another during the Cantar dos Reis celebration on January 4. Each draw will award a series of gift vouchers, ranging from €50 to €250, totaling more than €3,000.

The initiative aims to boost local commerce during this holiday season and attract visitors to Ribeira Brava, where they can enjoy a program filled with entertainment, gastronomy, music, traditions, plenty of fun, and a festive spirit for the whole family
