Ryanair Stations Second Aircraft in Madeira, Now Serving 11 Routes

New Aircraft Set to Operate from Madeira Base

Ryanair has announced the addition of a second aircraft at its Madeira base, set to operate during the upcoming summer season, starting on the last Sunday of March 2025. This move signals an increased commitment to Madeira, as the airline aims to meet rising travel demand.

Three New Routes to Launch from Madeira

The low-cost airline also revealed plans to introduce three new routes from Madeira this summer. Travelers will soon have the option to fly directly to:

  • Milan in Italy

  • Shannon in Ireland

  • and Bournemouth in the United Kingdom.

These new routes will complement the airline’s existing services. With the addition of these three new destinations, Ryanair will operate a total of 11 routes from Madeira.
