Boost for Local Agriculture

In addition to reopening the cable car, the Municipality of Santana is investing in the local farming community. A new support package of €14,000 has been approved to assist around 80 farmers with irrigation and wheat production. This also reflects in the price for the cable car, while visitors will pay €8.00, local farmers can enjoy a reduced rate of €2.00.
